The role of Contract Administrator (CA) in a wide sense has been in existence on building projects for centuries.

The role involves managing the contract between the employer and building contractor. This is a role that was historically performed by the architect, while the role of CA can be undertaken by several possible professionals, with the architect traditionally filling the role, the scope of who can be the CA has widened to include building surveyors, quantity surveyors, management surveyors and engineers.

With us, the benefit of employing Chartered Building Surveyors is that we have experience across all fields and can draw on this to enable the smooth running of small domestic projects through to large, complex construction contracts.

These include reinstatement works following fire, flood and other insurance related claims.
